I've so far used them outside on a day with -25c and 80km/h winds and my fingers didn't get numb or lose dexterity at all. I haven't used under several weather yet, so I am not sure about waterproof from rain & snow yet. I used these at 10~15 degrees C, and my hands held some sweat. These gloves alone would be good between -10~10 degree C. You would need extra thermal gears under -10C. I felt the size runs a little large as I break in.
