I bought two of this kind of fleece, and both are too tight on my shoulders. I'm a thin guy, 6'1" 200lbs, but broad shoulders. These both are very uncomfortable. The sleeves are also too short. I want a quality sweatshirt or fleece to have the sleeves come up to where my wrist and hand meet, not 1 or 2 inches from there. Overall very uncomfortable and disappointing, because they look great!
Purchased the red color as a Xmas gift for my husband. This is the 2nd one he has as he loved his first one so much that I decided to get him another n a different color. Can dress up with jeans or wear with sweats, very versatile. Washes up great. True to size. Highly recommend.
I’m 6’1 —not super tall but I like a decent length on the sleeves of my workout clothes. I’ve ordered a lot of tops — regulars — and length has never been a problem. Until now. The sleeves on my compression tops are at least an inch longer, so they hang out. Unfortunately, I ordered four of the half-zips.
Runs true to Size, does not restrict the golf swing, keeps me very toasty (In the coldest weather I've encountered this year (30*) this fleece and 1 other light weight cold gear does the trick. Highly recommend the UA coldgear.
I bought 2 of these in different colors and like them both. They’re very warm and look great. I’m 6’4”, 213 lbs and the large fits snug but not tight. I’m mostly arms and legs and the sleeves are quite short. I like them so much I decided to keep them and wear them like they were ¾ sleeved shirts. (I take 36-37 inch sleeves.)
I enjoyed a medium half zip as a gift last year for Christmas so much that I ordered 2 for myself this year, only to find they're more snug. I didn't notice the fine print about "Beware of the slimmer fit." I'm not as much of a fan of the new fit.
I bought an XL and after running through the dryer for just 10 mins to get the wrinkles out, it fits like a youth medium. It went from reaching my jeans pockets to won't even cover my belly button. I'm hesitant to buy this brand again. Seriously 10 mins for an Under Armour sweatshirt to shrink that much?
Have these in 4 colors now and they are fabulous for either Spring, Fall, Winter season. Great with a T-shirt or sport shirt underneath. Seem to hold up well. For maximum comfort, if you are a borderline size go with larger size.
So far this one has exceeded my expectations. The colour was what attracted me as I had not seen it before. It has a good feel to it & very comfortable. Initially the collar bothered me but I'll find the right zipper position so it's suitable. In total I would like to see UA chart the differences of warmth vs lighter models instead of labels names only. For instance Fleece vs Cold Gear.
This fleece is warm are light weight. It does fit a little small, but this might be for running speed. If you zip it all the way up, it is hard to wear. It doesn't open enough to cover the mouth and is uncomfortable under the chin, if zipper is all the way up. This fleece is not an option with out undershirt on a windy day. It is also a little too for fitting for a fleece, in my opinion.
