I felt like it was best for me to write a review after I have worn them for a little bit before I wrote a review.
Pro -They feel great when you wear them and you walk around in them. -They look great I have the all black with red pieces which I loved. - lightweight felt a lot easier to do a longer distance run
Cons -When doing any sport or running (Sprints) where you have to change directions they don't seem to be able to plant your foot and the shoes stay in place. -Shoe Laces kept untying unless I double knotted it each time -The Tread under the shoes have already diminished after 4 months even with me switching out my old running shoes on occasions.
Overall I was going to give this Shoe a 4 stars but with them only lasting 4 months and not being able to us them for anything other than walking and longer boring runs I cant train with them I dropped them down to two stars.
One thing I didn't see was the weight of the shoes that I do like
The shoes look like they’d be great. I just got them in tonight, so I can’t really speak to their comfort or durability; however, they do not look in person as they appear in the photos online. They are a much darker gray than they appear on the website. I know they say overcast gray, but the image looks a lot lighter and closer to a white than a gray. On the plus side, they seem very light. Depending on what kind of training/workout you plan to do, they may not be as durable as you’re looking for. Still debating on whether I’ll keep them, solely because of the color being so different than what I was expecting.
I love them. They don't feel like they'd withstand much of a workout. They're considered "lifestyle" shoes. But I wear them at the gym and I love them. I bought 3 different colors. The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.
These are beautiful shoes. They are very comfortable and light. This is my first UA shoe. I got a 1/2 size larger because I'd read UA shoes run small, but I think my regular size would have fit just fine.
Provides excellent comfort, durability, and low-profile style that creates an overall impressive all-purpose casual runner shoes. Rised foam sole accommodated by upper canvas material. By far one my top favourite shoes in all brands! Highly recommended.
I ended up returning these shoes as I couldn't pin down a good opportunity to wear them.
If I want something casual I go with the street encounters or if I am going to work out I choose either a running or training shoe. Never really wrapped my head around the proper usage occasion. That said the shoes had a neat design and looked very lightweight and comfortable.
In my opinion, the rail system needs to be scrapped. Thought that they were going to be a slip-on and the rail system would improve the comfort. Not so. Returned them quicker than I ordered them. I do have at least eight pair of UA shoes of various styles, but was not impressed in the least with the rail shoes.
Absolutely love these shoes, besides the fact that they don’t clean up very well. After a couple months, dirt started showing in the mesh. I fully soaked/scrubbed them and they wouldn’t come clean. However, they are super comfortable and sleek. I have started choosing certain under armour shoes over other brands because they look great with shorts. Around the ankle is very fitting, but not uncomfortable, which creates a nice look when looking down on them. I am very particular on tennis shoes that I rock with shorts. They are mainly casual shoes for me, so I haven’t tested them out physically. They do seem sturdy and I’m sure they would be great for it.
This is my second pair of RailFits. I like the concept very much. They look sleek with the laces tied behind the heel. They are easy to slip on and off. I rarely need to adjust the rails, unless they slip away from my original settings. The soft upper helps my extra wide foot fit, though they still are somewhat tight at the widest part of my foot. The sole is not as cushioned as the thickness of the sole implies, but it is fine for CrossFit applications on flooring or generally smooth surfaces. I like the minimalist style very much.
The picture of the shoe online is totally different than when you see them in person. I am all about comfort and style when it comes to a shoe. I was very disappointed when I opened the box when my shoes arrived. Good thing is they are a very comfortable shoe, but I wear them very rarely to workout in because I don't like the way I look in them.
These sneakers are one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, from the 1st time I put them on they felt right. The ease of putting them on and the snug smooth feel makes them my favorite sneaker, wear them all the time, Very nice product and would highly recommend.
These are some of the most confortable and light shoes I have worn. The fit was excellent, it felt like i was barefoot. I use them for the gym, work and even to go out. They are stylish and functional and easy to clean. These are truly some great shoes I would recommend them to everyone.
These fit great and feel great very comfortable feels like your wearing slippers , my only complaint is if I’m wearing low cut socks is that the back rubs my heel so I’m constantly adjusting my back 2 rails . But other than that they feel light and airy on my feet . I was a little hesitant but at the price point I thought what the heck and I’m glad I did
Overall this I’m happy with this shoe. It fits well. Easy to slip on. Comfortable and light. I can wear them at the gym with my gym clothes and then with my work clothes right afterwards. The only issue I have is the way the color looks on the website compared to in person. They are a bit lighter gray/charcoal in real life than they looked online.
I wanted a shoe that was comfortable like a tennis shoe but not look 100% like a tennis shoe. This shoe looks great and feels great. Runs about a half size small so just order up in size. I've bought 2 pairs. Would recommend!
First time trying the Railfit shoes and I really liked them. The sliding lace adjustments made it pretty easy to get a comfortable fit. They weren’t hot or sweaty, and the soles were really cushioned, great for walking about where it was a little rocky and uneven.
I bought them for a trip to Hawaii and they were ideal for casual walking abou when I wasn’t in flip flops. I wouldn’t do any serious work out in them, but they aren’t designed for that.
I bought the white/grey camo version and they look great too.
I have about 12 pair of UA shoes...it's all I wear. I got these cause they were REALLY cool looking. They are great hot weather shoes and your feet will break really well in them. Wear them with socks or not. I love the lace system. I wear them to workout in the gym, and just to chill with. I ordered the 11.5. I could do a 12 also, but in UA I usually get a 11.5. I got the bright red and man are they bright. I wanted to add some "pop" to my style. These did it. Love them.
I have a pair of HOVR Phantoms and these are almost comparable in terms of comfort. When I first saw these shoes I wasn't sold on the style, but the positive reviews got me to reconsider. Glad I did. In person they look awesome. Great pair of shoes for rocking in the summer.
I just received these shoes today and my God are they like pillows on your feet. Not only are these shoes super stylish but the comfort level in which these shoes provide is undeniably On Point. The laces are a huge selling point due to the fact, that these shoes can tighten and or loosen up,according to your comfort level. I will be purchasing these shoes in each and every color. Great Job UA!!!
