I’ve hunted with this chair for two years, it is the most comfortable chair I’ve hunted with, but also the loudest! I have completely taken it apart and added lubrication every place I could think of and it still squeaks when moving your weight. Also, it can be tipsy with only three legs. I sent a message to Millennium asking for help with the squeaking and never got a response. Again, very comfortable, but too expensive and no follow up from the company.
The chair is extremely comfortable but almost 2 pounds heavier than advertised. The Scheels website lists the weight at 7.5 pounds. Millennium has changed their website to 8.5 pounds but the chair is almost 9.5 pounds. A 25 % discrepancy is considerable for anyone planning to carry this chair into the woods to hunt!
I would give this a better review but it being to Tipsy I can’t. If you lean forward you will tip the chair over also squeaked a little make sure you put silicone spray on tube when installing the G200 is a better chair with 4 legs just make sure you lube the stem
I've used this chair 4-5 times so far in natural ground blinds, with deer within 15 yards 3 times.. It is easy to pack in quietly while wearing my lumbar pack. It sets up fast, and the independent leg adjustments make it simple to set up the chair level in varied terrain. Turning in the chair is absolutely silent. Millenium seats are known for comfort, and this certainly holds true with this chair. I have used it for 3 hour periods very comfortably with ease. Being able to pack in a comfortable seat that is quiet, so comfortable, and adapts easily to varied shooting positions with a bow makes me more efficient and effective in the woods. It is pricey, and I balked at spending the money. However, now I feel it is a great value. I forsee more time hunting in real comfort from the ground and being able to easily adapt to conditions, rather than making do in treestands.
This chair is as good as advertised. Light, comfortable, adjustable, and silent. I tested every aspect of this chair due to my hunting location. I'm over a mile from the road through hilly terrain. The chairs light weight made it easy to carry that far. My spot is on top of a rock outcrop that is slightly uneven. The adjustable lags worked great at leveling the chair for a stable sitting position. I sat in the chair for 10 hours straight and was never uncomfortable. My spot affords me a 360 degree view so turning in the chair is needed. It was 10 degrees in the morning, and never got above 25 degrees the whole day. The chair never made a single squeak when swiveling. The chair seems very well built. I used those cheap camping chairs before the G100, so I can't compare it to other similar models. All I can say is this chair performed as well as I had hoped it would. I Highly recommend this chair.
