Have to take out and reinsert it into the tools to get it to work. Put it on the charger and the charger shows it’s no good. Have tried several different chargers. Take out of charge put it in tool and starts to work for a few minutes then quits. What’s going on here. How can a battery that costs 50 to 80 bucks sometimes break more than not. It’s disappointing and I can’t stress enough to not buy. Never had a problem with any other tool manufacturer. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt where I purchased them. It would be nice if Milwaukee would replace these for me. I have thousands of dollars in Milwaukee tools, and can't complain about any of the others, but these M12 XC 5.0 batteries are definitely a letdown in my opinion. However, so far so good! They are holding up better than the previous M12 batteries. The material seems to be more durable so the locking tabs aren't breaking. The five amp hour battery provides the highest torque and output for my M12 stubby impact wrench. The M12 5Ah battery has the longest battert life out of any of the othwer M12 batteries that we have at the shop.
