Within the first 6 months, the power head snapped and broke. While trying to see if we could fix it ourselves, we can see the poor design. The Milwaukee warranty does not cover this apparently. We called Milwaukee, and the rep we spoke to was not at all helpful. Basically told us to buy a new vacuum. It is very disappointing as we always thought Milwaukee stood behind their products. You have to stop using the machine and carefully clean the tube taking care to not puncture it. \n I have gotten used to doing this as part of my cleaning routine. This is not why I purchase Milwaukee products. \n The latest insult happened when the power head fell apart. It is missing a screw and what ever covered the screw to make it function. I have searched everywhere and cannot find the missing pieces.
