That is the most important thing in a bat. My criticism is of the material used to reinforce the handle. It's slippery, so you must use tape on the handle. The other thing is the company affixed their warranty sticker right to the barrel of the bat, and it was literally impossible to remove the glue without damaging the glossy finish on the bat.
