Mystery Ranch Quick Draw Side Arm Holster
Just got done using it on a 8 day elk hunt and the button which secured the pistol inside the holster broke off on the 6th day of the 8 day hunt.

Perfect holster for a compact or smaller...
This thing is awesome. I will agree with Hammer. It will not fit larger semi auto pistols. It does not fit my 1911 .45acp. It does however fit my glock G29 perfectly. It holds tight to my chest and does not bounce at all. I really like it for what it is. If you are going to use a full size semi auto this holster is prob not for you.

I really wanted to like this holster. Wanted to be able to attach my 1911 to the belt on my backpack. The Molle-type attachments looked about perfect. However, neither my 1911 or my Glock 22 will fit. My KAHR CW40 fits, but really want a full-size option when hunting and backpacking.

Quality looks great, just not what I am looking for.

Ok, not great
Didn't work well with my Sig P229 - the retention strap keeps hanging up on the decocker when drawing.

The elastic strap is stretchier than it needs to be, esp. given that the strap is adjustable. Luckily, it's removable.

Worked ok with an M&P 4.25" barrel.

I would suggest a list of the most common handgun options and whether they fit or not, like most holster manufacturers have.
