All was wonderful at first and had a great experience cooking on the weekends. Now, just one year after purchase, the pellets will not ignite. The igniter that used to glow bright orange, barely gets warm. One year later, I no longer have a smoker. My unit is very protected from the elements, and I clean it thoroughly after each use. I am not confident enough to buy another one. I need a longer lasting bigger on the inside!","text":"I got the Woodfire grill 7 in 1 and I LOVED it. I have had it for 3 years and truly. I bought a stand for it, and then it was even better. It came with everything I needed, including pellets, the air fryer basket, the griddle and the grill plates and a cover. I loved the OG so much I just purchased the Premium XL Woodfire grill to get more space. I was so sad to see that it did not include the griddle plate, though, as I was accustomed to my original order. I use the heck out of both plates, so that was a HUGE disappointment and why I am rating 4 stars. What felt like a value now feels like a money grab. Outside of needing to spend a ton for all the accessories, I do love it. It has all the things that I loved about the original and it's big enough that I don't need to do so many rounds anymore. I have always been a Ninja fan and have a number of appliances all from Ninja. This is by far the worst product I have purchased. To be fair, when I first got the grill, it made amazing food. I smoked fish, ribs, brisket, chicken, pork, grilled burgers, got the griddle plate to do eggs and pancakes. Every time I used it on my balcony, everyone could smell the food. I THOUGHT this would be one of my favorite purchases. Fast forward to a year and a half later. The design is horrible for cleaning the smoke box. I've used this $500 grill maybe 20 times and it no longer will continue to burn the pellets. I cleaned the smoke box and even the vent going into the grill (which Ninja does not even tell you how to clean the creosote that builds on the ven)t. I did hours of research to see how you can clean it. Good luck to anyone who has the patience to try to clean this given the horrible design of the smoke box. On ignition, it smokes like crazy and the inside fills up with smoke which is always a good sign, but 15 minutes later, no smoke. I've tried multiple bags of pellets thinking maybe one went bad, tried microwaving them and still no luck. I can reignite the pellets every 15 minutes, but that is ridiculous. I called Ninja support and was told I did all the steps to clean it and at this point they could offer me a replacement for 30% off. Absolutely not!! I WAS a huge Ninja fan. I have the Ninja Foodi Grill, the Ninja XL counter top oven, the Dual Brew Pro, the Ninja Everyday PossibleCooker, Ninja Creami, Ninja Slushi, and the Ninja pots and pans (those weren't that good either they lasted about 2 years and the Teflon started falling off the pots) and finally this disaster of a product the Woodfire Grill. All I can say is good luck to anyone who purchases this product and TRIES to clean the smoke box, its a nightmare and it still didn't fix the product.
