Okay my husband did it all himself but it didn’t take him long at all. All of the necessary tools came with the rower so we didn’t have to get out a tool box. It is pretty long (which is to be expected) but it fits great in our home gym. The design of it is really sleek and it feels really sturdy when using it. I have been using it with iFIT workouts and have loved “rowing around the world”. I think the iFIT workouts keep the rowing motion more exciting and feel like they have more “purpose”. I’ve been really impressed with the screen and the speakers on it. I haven’t had any problems and it is really easy to use. We are loving the workouts we get with this rower. I am relatively new to rowing and have really loved doing the iFit beginner rowing workouts!
