And, for the ultimate personalization, connect your Bluetooth heart rate monitor and iFIT can control Ultra 1’s intensity to keep you in the right heart rate zone.

Changing your incline, decline, and speed has been reimagined to deliver convenience and give you a greater sense of control. The levers are easy to reach and use even when you’re at a full sprint. Customers receive direct access to the manufacturer’s product concierge via a dedicated phone line and email, eliminating the need to navigate automated menus.

• Upon receiving the Customer's order number, iFIT's Ultra 1 Concierge team will contact the Customer to schedule and arrange for delivery and assembly of the Ultra 1 treadmill at a location designated by the Customer.
• By providing your telephone number and submitting this order you are agreeing to receive automated transactional text messages related to your order from SCHEELS and iFIT/NordicTrack at the telephone number provided.  If at any time you do not wish to receive texts from SCHEELS and iFIT/NordicTrack, reply STOP.
• There is a 10% restocking fee and $250 return shipping fee that applies to returns. These fees don't apply if the product is returned for manufacturing defects/shipping damage.
• In accordance with iFIT’s Return Policy, once the product ships, the return fees will be applied, and the Customer is no longer able to cancel their order without incurring the return fees. If cancellation occurs prior to shipping the Customer will not incur any return fees.
• If a delivery is refused by the Customer at the time of delivery, iFIT’s Return Policy will apply and the Customer will be subject to the fees set forth in said Policy. The delivery team will inform the Customer of the fees at the time of delivery refusal.
