I sent the pack to Osprey to see if they could repair the tear and faster than I can pack my bear cansiter with 7 days of food, Osprey responded stating the would REPLACE my well worn pack for FREE!! Osprey's customer service and adherence to their replacement policiy are both FIVE STARS!! For me, who always took it off to save the extra weight, this completely ruins the versatility of bag. \n\nAdded features are adjustable backside, pull out waist adjustment, and integrated rain cover.
