This is the ultimate "go anywhere do anything" day pack. If you're an ultralight afficianado it's great for overnight trips as well. Two torso sizes and an adjustable harness provide custom fit. Our Airscape backpanel and a peripheral steel spring rod frame provide superb comfort.
I went to the store looking for a bag to take camping and on day hikes in the Chugach. I tried on several women's bags, but the associate recommended that I try a men's/unisex bag, too. I'm 6'2" with broader shoulders and (though there are some curves) I am a bit straighter through the torso. And wow! This bag fit sooo much better. I've used it a few times and it's worked out great. Now I can carry all our gear while my husband has our kid!
Just got this pack to start an ultralight overnight/weekender bag. I have a 60L Aether AG that is my load hauler/extended trip bag but I wanted to try a lighter more minimalist approach. I am able to fit my feather friends 20 degree down bag and big Agnes copper spur hv ul2 in two 6L compression sacks in the bottom compartment of this bag, with minimal effort. For me I really prefer this set up as it makes setting up camp a breeze and I was stoked I was able to fit both items in the sleeping bag compartment. The main compartment holds my jet boil micromo, msr guardian pump, and sleeping pad with plenty of extra room. I am really sold on osprey's external water bladders as they don't take up interior space of the pack like many others. Overall build quality is to my Osprey expectations, which is superb. For me this looks like it is going to be a perfect fit for my needs and I would def recommend this pack to someone looking for a similar set up, or a great all purpose pack for shorter trips or traveling.
