Bought one at the end of last year (2017) ..
Take your time assembling everything and double check that you have the correct poles in the correct places and everything goes together smoothly. Don't be in a hurry and it goes even better. I am using mine this year 2018-2019 appx 4-5 times a week. It is by far the best quality cloth shack i've ever fished out of. Holds up even in gusts over 40mph. It is easy to heat, You can fish 2 deadsticks and jig 2 easily. Tub is very well made and i recommend the runner kit.

Poor quality.
I purchased this because I liked the fishing area size and it fit in my SUV. Research suggested Otter had good quality ice shelters. The machining is very poor on these. The seat brackets were folded the wrong way and after many attempts at Otter they finally sent me a replacement. I then continued installation and the aluminum beam that goes across the sled had holes drilled incorrectly. Instead of trying to deal with Otter again I just drilled my own holes. I was also short nuts and washers. If I had to do it over again I would have purchased a different brand.
