The PENN® Carnage III rods are truly in a class of their own. These rods represent the next generation of high-performance rod building with powerful, lightweight blanks that are also extremely durable. The Ulua rods are specifically designed to combat fishing from the rocks and surf. This 13-foot workhorse is built with heavy duty components. Composite blanks, PacBay® Caxin Indestructible guides, Fuji® reel seats, and our tough and tacky rubber shrink tube handles prepare angers for any challenge from the surf.
