So for construction it gets five stars easily. For value, it gets 2 stars because 30 dollars for a hat made in China is ridiculous, Penn is walking away with a whole lot of money in their pockets and some Chinese kid is making cents on the dollar. For matching what they're advertising it gets 1 star. I love duck camo and was excited to final get the Penn duck camo hat after it had been unavailable for something like a year. Unfortunately when mine arrived it was duck camo pattern but not duck camo color like what's advertised on the website. What I got was a green camo color and even in the best light I couldn't get it to look anywhere near the traditional duck camo color like they advertised. There was also no disclaimer on the website about variation in color or the picture not resembling the product.
