Primos Tall Monopod Gen 3 Series Trigger Stick

They say not to use it as a walking stick (not its intended use and too much weight/pressure will collapse the stick without pulling the trigger) but I still use it as I'm hiking to keep my balance. When doing a quick glass of hillsides I will either rest my wrist or elbow on the top to keep my binos steady and keeps my arms from getting tired allowing me to glass for far longer. When shooting from the stick in the field I will find a tree or rock to press my right shoulder against, holding the monopod in my left hand with the gun resting on top. I will also use it from a seated position (it will collapse down nicely for this) holding the monopod with my left hand with the monopod angled to the right (making a bipod like angle for the gun to rest on), my left elbow resting on my left knee. I always use it to steady me when I glass. The difference is incredible. I am using 12 or 15x binos so the help is needed but wouldnt be lost on lesser powered binos. Since its always in my hand its right there in case I need to take a quick shot. I have glassed for hours with mine and shot dozens of elk and deer with it. Seriously one of my favorite pieces of equipment.
