PSE Viper SS Handheld Crossbow

Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter's boyfriend, mostly because it was the price I was looking to spend. I decided to open the box and assemble it so I could give him the working unit. I was very impressed by the quality and detail. I work for a company that manufactures machined metal and plastics, and liked the attention to detail and additional steps in the manufacturing process it had that most companies would simply skip to keep costs down, While I have not personally shot this piece, my daughters boyfriend said it shot great, and was looking to get more bolts to go with it.

it's a quality pistol crossbow. A step up from the standard "cobra" designs.
Well worth the $40 price tag.

This is a awesome cross bow. Photos used in the instructions are not so good but after reading them a couple times, it was very easy. Well worth the money!

It is very easy to put together i just wish the bolts were sharper

after figuring out how to assemble (not really good instructions) it is accurate and powerful, I am delighted

I am somewhat disappointed because it had no care instructions. What the wax is for how to unload. The assembly instructions that came with it were so small I needed a magnifying glass to see what the instructions were trying to show me.

Love it. Bow wax the string and rail snot on the rails. Awesome. Also changed out bolts with aluminum.

Powerful and sturdy, not a toy! It stucka dart about two inches in a two by four about 50 feet away.

A good product!

Best part is the bolts are good grade and heat resistant. Can just throw varmints right on the grill.
