Ruger test fires all firearms to leave the factory to make sure they are up to company standards and I have to say my Mark IV target is a gun and accurate plinker. I have taken it to the range twice or three times a week since I’ve got it. Also, make sure you verify that you get two magazines I forgot that and only got one magazine when I purchased it in store.
