- Smoky Chipotle Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 bottle beer
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 T honey
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 T sriracha hot sauce
- 1/2 T sesame oil
- 1 T Smoky Chipotle Rub
1. In a large glass or plastic bowl, combine the beer, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil and Smoky Chipotle Rub. Whisk well to combine.
2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss well to combine. Let marinade 2-24 hours
3. When ready to cook, drain marinade and pat dry. Preheat grill to 350° F and grill for 20-25 minutes, or until the wings' internal temperature is 165° F.
