The highlights are the large screen, suspension is great for dirt/rocky terrain, and the wide deck with a rear place to put your foot. The app of course is great too with a lot of customizability. Something you may not think about is what happens when things break. Tonight, I happened to drop my scooter and a wire broke in the right brake lever after it twisted (error 16). Segway sells the lever for a reasonable $14 and has a video tutorial on how to replace the part. Something to think about if you are considering other manufactures. Will they continue to sell you replacement parts down the road? At first I was like, ok some basic power, small hills. . . but then I hit the sports mode - what a boost! Easily beating the steep ones now, able to go anywhere I need locally with plenty of charge left. Even going off the beaten path a few times. 'Bit larger than I expected, but am getting used to it. I am getting advertised speeds despite being a bulky guy. Very happy with this beast.\n\nI do wish they'd left some of the frame opened up near the bottom-front so there was space to wrap a security lock through. You can see they almost had the perfect overhang on both sides just ahead of the battery container but it's not quite there.
