Designed for quick access to small gear, the Swing Out pocket attaches to the interior loops on all Stone Glacier Packs and allows the pocket to swing free of the full pack for ease of access. The Swing Out Pocket can also be quickly detached from the pack once camp is set to keep the organization in the tent. Also sized to fit inside the front/center pockets of the Sky series, the Swing Out Pockets can be used as quick pullout pockets for those that prefer zippered closure. The Sky Archer, Sky 5900 and Cirque come with 2 loops specifically for the Swing Out pockets, on all other Stone Glacier Packs the pockets can be attached to the hydration loops or as pull-out pockets in the main bag or lid.

Great customer service and fast no hassle shipping. I haven’t used the pockets yet, I know they will be very handy when I do. I have the Sky Talus 6900 pack. Love it!! Great durable, comfortable light pack! Buy ... buy... buy anything from Stone Glacier and you will be happy! Keep up the good work SG team!
I bought two for my avail 2200 and they are an amazing addition for keeping my pack organized. Paired with a camp pocket and some extra shock cord I had lying around I can pack a lot of stuff into that small bag.
I was on my 3rd pack and wanted something that was good for hunting and didn't mind paying for quality. I hunt Az. Coues deer & you need a good pack you can depend on to get into the rugged, jagged, steep world they thrive in..I purchased the R3 pack with the xcurve frame & couldn't be happier with the way the pack feels when loaded down or empty you just can't find a better product & im very glad I found S.G.! I've now bought 2 swing out bags to help organize my pack & they're perfect I just take them out of bag & leave back at camp if not needed..just like everything else I've purchased from S.G. freaking love it! you have a customer for life thanks for having a company that cares !!!
Did a lot of research on packs before deciding on stone glacier. What sold me was the customer service and American sourced and made packs. I contacted them and got an immediate response. I was on the fence between the 5900 and the 6900 and after talking to them on the phone and getting their advice on which bag it was an easy decision. There was a small hiccup with my order that was someone else's but they immediately fixed it and made things right. So I will definitely buy from them again. The pack itself is extremely comfortable it may look like overkill for a day trip but I went on several day excursions and it packs down to almost nothing and then for a week long back country trip it worked great.
The swing out pockets are super useful. Generally items get shuffled around in the pack and I have to go searching through multiple identical looking pullouts. Swing out pockets are great because they attach to the pack. I keep a few key items in there like my spare batteries, sand sanitizer, TP, and headlamp. This way I always quickly find stuff. Even if it is dark, I can quickly get my headlamp out and then find whatever else I am looking for. Hey SG, I've contributed to at least a few purchases from my friends. Ya'll should hook me up with a sweet SG hat. :)
The item I got from stone glacier has been like all the other items from stone glacier, performed great, light weight and super tuff. The staff has gone out of their way to help me every time I call. Thanks Todd
I bought a few of these and they're the perfect size for an ultralight **** kit, emergency gear/first aid kit or a small utility kit. Super lightweight and the fabric is kind of see through so you can tell where the thing is that you need to pull out before unzipping.
