This is a fantastic well made well thought out piece of equipment, which I can see will last for many years, that I can pass onto the next generation. I suffer with sciatica, lower back pain as well as mild arthritis in my neck. I have aged and I'm trying really hard to maintain good posture as well as look after my skeleton frame, and doing a lot of stretches. I'm still new to this equipment but it's working really well for me, I try to use this regularly such as first thing in the morning and evenings, I noticed that when I use this before going to bed I end up having a fantastic night's sleep. My back would hurt for days after playing. Then it started hurting after taking long walks. It became painful to climb out of bed in the morning. I needed help. I considered seeing a doctor but decided to try the Teeter inversion table. I’ve been using it 3-4 times a day for a few minutes for over a month and most of the pain is gone. I’m back to taking long walks and it feels good. I seem to stand and walk more upright. I’ve only played golf once but when I did I felt no pain and was pleased with how well I played. I recommend this to anyone with consistent lower back pain. Adjusted the strap for about 20 degrees incline for the first month to get our bodies used to it. Just lengthened the strap for about a 25-degree incline. Both of us are finding back relief even at these low angles. My wife really likes the vibration in the pad.
