I don't like the fact that when I have to take the Nock apart to turn it off there's a good chance you will lose the little rubber o ring. Other people have mention that they turn on easily when bump which has happen to me. Then I lost the o ring went to turn off the nock. I would to to a different Nock but this is the only lighted Nock made for an Omni Nock.
I love these lighted nocks! I shot a nice 8pt whitetail with them, and was able to watch the arrow fly and hit in the early morning light. Even was able to track the buck's flight through the woods better by watching the nock. Retrieved it after the recovery, and it is still in use. Well worth the price!
The lighted knock does help in recovering my arrow and they are very easy to install, but there is still room for improvement to make them easier to use and mofre reliable and not turning on with the slightest bump.
Was tired of losing my bolts in the woods so I tried using this. I shot a nice buck yesterday and found the bolt right away with the light glowing.
Only problem is the colored portion of the nock had 2 of the 3 ears broken off ! I managed to get my buck and am sure that because of the ears broken off that it did not hit where it should have. And now I am left with the broken nock.
Wow, pure junk that only disappoints. I posted already about how these lights turn on at the slightest bump, but now two of the knocks (battery and all fell out of the bolts on a short walk into the woods. Have no idea where they went or why, but it sucked only having one arrow left in the quiver to hunt with at sunup. I wasted a lot of money on an inferior product. How could this company noy know how lousy these are???
The Omni-Brite is easy to see, and a lot easier to use than my old Lumenocks. The only issue I have is that there is 3 parts to each one, and I would rather not have to glue one piece in the end of a bolt. I would still recommend them to anyone looking for a lighted nock.
