Even worse, the company refused to honor warranty slapping a stupid North face patch over the tear and saying it wasn't covered by warranty. No issue. I don't know what happened or what changes Northface has made to their tent construction but we had this tent for a month and it developed a tear in the fabric on the front of the tent. My son woke up with 20 mosquito bites on his face. Northface says it's not covered by warranty. Do not buy this tent save your money and buy a tent that will last more than one month. We followed all directions given in use and care of the tent. However the second time we used it a bird dropping fell on the mesh while setting up the tent. We immediately wiped it off and cleaned it with soapy water. Through the evening we noticed a hole develop in the mesh. We rinsed the area again and kept an eye on it. The hole continued to grow as well as more develop around it. We rinsed again but even the most gentle touch made it worse. \n\nWe submitted a claim and North Face says it's not covered under warranty and refused to help any further stating it was not a manufacture defect.
