Love this pad!
Awesome sleeping pad,...warm, comfortable and lightweight. I bought the 25" wide model and this was a great choice....there extra width is easily worth the added weight.

Storage bag is useless
I suggest the CEO try to roll up a pad and try to stuff it in the supplied storage bag, waiting for his reply. Until then I'll keep mine rolled up with straps.

Biggest letdown: I put the Trail Pro Regular mat on an accurate scale and it came out 964gr. That's way more than noted in the Thermarest specs.

Decent canoe/horse/car camping mattress
For colder (shoulder season) backpacking there are many lighter and more comfortable mattresses including the Thermarest Neo Air series.
I've used this mattress in 20 F. winter camps (tents and snow caves) and was "OK" but for -10 to -20 F. I would need to add my Ridgerest beneath it.

So I'd recommend it WITH CONDITIONS.

Take it From A Pro: A Truly Professional Grade Pad
The single best sleeping pad I have owned since I bought my original ThermA Rest nearly 20 years ago. (That one is still going strong, but wanted to upgrade and update.)

Actually bought 3 of these pads for use on a variety of backpacking, camping, and backwoods fishing trips and as part of my guide service's gear.

I used them recently on a backpacking trip where it went down to 26f at night. Perfect comfort and insulation. And they pack so well!

As a professional guide with over 20 years of backcountry experience, I highly recommend this pad.

Very unhappy
Bought last fall and expected great things with all the good reviews. What I've gotten is far from the truth. It inflates just fine but even with the valve fully closed, it deflates slooowly. Midway through the night it's completely empty at the pressure points, which means it's no better than sleeping on the ground. I've just returned from a weekend in the cold and snow and decided to give it one last chance, thinking that maybe I didn't close the valve mistake! Very cold and had two rough nights in the outdoors.

I have discovered comfort while camping without having to pack a standard air mattress along. Light in my pack. Easy to inflate and deflate. My camping experience is more enjoyable now that I am no longer sacrificing comfort and good rest.
