My husband had to open the control box and wiggle all the connections to get the fan working. Once that happened the grill worked. Took numerous phone calls to both Traeger and my ISP to get the grill connected to my WIFI. Finally on my third call I spoke with an IT at my Intenet provider and he was able to get my grill connected. You cannot imagine how happy one little green check mark made me!!! Hate to think how many hours I spent researching to figure out why my brand new out of the box traeger wouldn't work. It was one of the best ones we’ve had. The super smoke was truly a game changer. That smoke ring throughout the meat was noticeable. The flavor as we use the Pro Blend pellets was sooo flavorful. My husband likes it without the smoke stack. Husband used the app to monitor the meats temp and the amount of pellets left and that was handy too. Have only used once but do know we’ll be using it more here soon. Peeling paint and temp is","text":"First Traeger for me! The delivery and build was 10/10. Took some time but it was well packaged and went together perfectly. For the cook, it has met my expectations however, even with using the Traeger branded pellets, the delta between what the display reads for temp and what my probe reads is out by at least 30 degrees (I did try a few different areas of the grill with similar results). Also, not sure if it’s normal but I opened up the bottom cabinet to find a bunch of paint chips from the bottom of the main unit. Seems whatever paint that was used doesn’t stand up to the temperature. I have the Pro 780, Tailgator, and now the Woodridge Elite. The added features are those that I have waited for a long time. The insulation makes it not only more efficient, but a lot quieter. The best new feature is the cleanup EZ cleanup grease and ash Keg makes cleaning so much quicker and cleaner. Super Smoke feature really kicks out the smoke. Pellet monitor works great with the 24 lb hopper. P.A.L accessory feature makes keeping all the tools handy. Love the new display, nice, bright, and big making it easy to read from a far. I put a 20 lb pork butt on and it looks like I could add at least 5 more with this capacity. The way the grates work also, makes various configurations possible using both top and bottom grates. Top grate is a lot bigger and with the folding up feature allows cooking tall foods or up while cleaning.
