Previously I was using a mil-spec trigger with a lightened trigger spring and a modified grip screw that was adjustable to remove the take up from the trigger. That setup was running around 4.5lbs. This trigger definitely feels lighter than that so I have to believe that it is in fact 3.5lbs, and there is absolutely no take up or creep to it- it just breaks.\nThe reset is a little funky as I read in some reviews and was told by one of the store employees but it is only REALLY noticeable when the lower is separated from the upper and you're cocking the hammer by hand. On reset the trigger will jump forward (past where it normally rests on the wall) then reset back to the wall for the next shot. When the rifle is assembled it does not jump as much and is not as noticeable. \n\nThe only worry I have at the moment is the set screws that hold tension on the pins. They are firmly in place and it took some wiggling and more effort than expected to remove the Allen wrench after screwing them down but I've had screws back out before. Time will tell.
