Outstanding scope
I've had this scope for about 2 months zero in at 60yds then 100yds. I haven't missed a shot yet I'm satisfied.

Great scope in many ways
I bought this scope to use on my AR-15 for coyote hunting and any other hunting I can use my AR-15 for. The scope was quick and easy to use and sight in. I have never had any problems with warranty. I sent in my binoculars and they repaired them sending them back quicker then they stated. Thank you Vortex for outstanding work.

Great scope with great features
I bought this to replace a Bushnell Banner dusk & dawn 3-9X40 scope that I had mounted on my Mossberg .243 100ATR. I own quite a few rifles and own different brands scope on them. I am very impressed with the quality of Vortex in the past 3-4 years. I own 3 rifle scopes and 1 pair of binos that are Vortex. This DT has clear glass, and has more than enough MOA for distance shooters. Depending on the distance you plan on shooting reaching out to 1100 yards with a zero MOA base and zero MOA scope rings is not needed. This scope tracks well and holds zero with "Zero" issues. If I had to pick any changes I would have had one that I wish would be different it would be nice if the scope came with a sun shade like most other Vortex scopes do rather than buy them. I'm not sure if its because of the cost of the scope or what but it would be nice to raise the cost and add the sun shade with it. The tech support and warranty of Vortex is of the best and I would highly recommend this product.

Incorrect turret markings
I have had this 4-12 scope for quite a while and noticed tonight the windage turret is marked backwards. Vortex shows it on their website also. If you turn to make right hand adjustment the turret moves to the left hand markings. It is opposite of the markings on their other scopes. Very disappointed they did not catch it. I am surprised that no other reviews state it.

Worth the moneny
Mounted on my Ruger Precision Rimfire .22 mag. Holds zero, clear glass, never fogs up. At 50 yards I'm shooting a sub 1/2 inch shot group.

Awesome Scope
I have had this on my .270 for two seasons now. It is a very reliable scope. Very clear and the turret is a great feature to always dial in the distance.
