Having this glass is like cheating at 1000+ yards. Prior to buying my first Vortex scope I went to my local gunshop and held the Viper next to a Leupold and Nightforce glass. I won't bash the other brands but the Viper had better clarity, eye relief and the quality is far surpassed the price tag on these scopes. While doing my research I called Vortex to see if the scopes could hold up to the recoil of a 338LM it planned on putting it on. It has held up with zero issues and holds zero every single time out. I am in Law Enforcement and very soon I plan on switching my patrol optics to Vortex along with my other rifles. I have switched out scopes on 3 of my guns and plan on purchasing the PST Gen2 for my 300 win mag build. Vortex is an amazing company and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I not only am switching them out in all my rifles I have one of our SWAT snipers sold as a Vortex guy now and have recommended them to several of my co-workers. You cant beat Vortex!!!
