I ragged out my all black runners & it was the stylishness of this shoe that drew me in against my better instincts. It has no arch support. I trained in them once: circuit training with some cardio… felt like I was walking barefoot over cobblestones. Even my various shades of Samba’s are more comfortable but not suited for exercise. I’m stuck with them as I toasted the box.
