Asics says it will either ship or be canceled within 7 days, yet I still can’t cancel it. To make matters worse, I spoke with two different customer service representatives, and both hung up on me. Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. The quality and construction of these shoes does not last. I got these at my daily walking shoes so no hard running was done in them. For $150, I would think the quality would be better. When I tried to get a warranty refund, I was told it was not because of the defective product.
