I love these shoes because they give the best support and are structured in a way to help you run your best. I love the guide rails around the arch area. This is the best support I've ever experienced in a running shoe.
I bought the all black pair to sneak and wear at work on days I needed full cushion/support. They're awesome for work, but also so cushy when running. I am about to buy another pair! I also size up a 1/2 size in Brooks. Once I do they're great!
I have major back problems so support is super important to me. Brooks shoes are the best. I've worn the Walkers and this is my second pair of Adrenaline GTS. I really appreciate Brooks return policy ... I tried 3 different colors this time before settling and the experience was hassle-free. And it didn't take long to get just what I want. Thank you, Brooks!
I've struggled with plantar fasciitis for a couple of years now, and it makes running (and standing some days) extremely painful. These shoes are AMAZING. They offer the perfect amount of support, and I'm able to run comfortably again. I've tried a couple of other popular brands for this issue and these blew them out of the water.
My shoes are for everyday walking, work (I'm a nurse) and running when I get the chance... I had the Adrenaline 18 and LOVED them! The fit, appearance, everything! Unfortunately after a couple of months there was a problem with one of the toe tips. I got the 19's as replacements and so far I'm not as impressed. They feel a bit wider at the toes (I've even tried wearing them with the fluffiest socks I can find). I got the white ones, thinking they were more silver (completely MY fault of course). They really stand out! Since they are so bright, I'm very conscious of dirt and marks. I've tried to just be mindful to wipe them down when I take them off. Overall, I do like the cushion and support, but like I said before they feel a bit wider so my toes move a little more than I'd like, but hopefully I can find thicker socks to compensate.
I have purchased Brooks shoes before, and the sizing is consistent, which makes for an easy purchase! I bought this shoe on recommendation from my podiatrist to help with plantar fasciitis, and it has brought me relief! And I love the color!
I fully intended to buy another pair of Glycerins this year, but didn't like the look of the new version and it felt a bit sloppy. I tried the Adrenalines instead and really like them. Plenty of cushion and support. I'm a walker who wears orthotics, and they fit nicely into the shoe.
Very Comfortable but needs a wider toe box for running
I will start by saying I have flat and wide feet. So finding a proper fitting shoe has been a struggle. I love these shoes they are very comfortable and the right arch support, for everyday use. For running, the only thing that I had an issue with was the narrow toe box, even in a wide.( I got this shoe a full size bigger and in a wide). I wore these for a half marathon and found that my toes were being crammed and numb after 3 miles. Biggest suggestion would be making the toe box wider.
I have been running in Brooks Adrenaline since the 10 and these are the best Adrenaline to date. Fantastic running shoe. The only thing I would change: Make this favorite shoe of many runners in more colors. The Adrenaline is so boring compared to other running shoes out there. Come on designers! Break out a little! Even the Men's Adrenaline often has better, more interesting color combinations than the Women's version. The lines and graphic patterns are great, but add some fun color combinations. How about a dark plum with fuchsia pink lines, a navy with neon lime and silver lines, a deep sea teal with sunset orange lines!
These shoes are extremely comfortable as soon as you put them on my feet. I recently started running again after an injury, so I haven't done any high mileage in them, but I expect them to hold up well. I love the mesh upper which helps keep my toes from bumping up against the toe box. All in all, great shoe!
I've been a Brooks runner over the past 15years at least and let me say, they definitely make the best running shoes by far! I'm a little bummed after purchasing this generation because of the new style at the ankle. The back of the shoes sits a little higher up on my ankle than my last pair of Brooks and I got blisters right where it ends. I'm going to try a couple different variations of sock combos to see if that takes care of the issue. I would HATE to have to switch to another brand.
I had to have custom-made orthotics due to flat feet issue. The orthotics fit perfectly in my Brooks Adrenaline GTS 19 shoes. I ordered these shoes in a 1/2 size larger to accommodate the orthotics. I can now walk without a great deal of pain. I will definitely order another pair in a lighter color for summertime.
I run cross country and track and I get 3 pairs of adrenalines a year, I love them!!! I never want to switch. I always have to get the D width because my feet are very wide, and Brooks are the only shoes I own that can adapt to my width.
Very stable shoe. I've owned earlier Adrenalines but this one takes comfort and stability to a new level. My street shoe size is 7.5 and I've always worn 8.5 in Brooks. This 8.5 is okay but I'd probably reorder in 8. Like available colors better too.
I have worn the Ghost for years, but I found the new Adrenaline 19 far superior! From comfort to how the guardrails keep my feet in line, to how the shoe handles, I was truly impressed!!! I had a better run than I'd had in a while. Try it out!
I had been excited to try the GTS 19! My probation had gotten severe after a patella restructuring(over compensation). I had worn my 17s out in just under 200 miles. First run proved these shoes to do what they said theyd do. The built in rails offer inner and outer support. Smooth trail to criss country routes, they stabilize and support.
