I love Adrenaline GTS, but with this shoe I feel the toe box is not wide enough. I always have to order wide shoes and this one is alitte narrow for me. I would also love to have more color options to choose from. I'm usually limited to three colors and have to choose whether I like the color or not.
These sneakers are awesome. After an 8 hour nursing shift on my feet, my legs and feet are not tired. I have been wearing Brooks for 3 years and the Adreneline 19's are by far the most comfortable. Many complaints on the navy came style. I will by a second pair and highly recommend!
The mediums were very wide - great if you have a wide foot, but bad if your foot is narrow. I sent them back and got narrows - perfect. Very energetic shoes, and very cushy. Wish there were more colors in narrow.
I've run in these for years! They just keep getting better. I love the fabric, the way the shoe moves with my foot, yet offers cushion and support. We have recommended this shoe to many of our high school runners, and they are typically the group who run injury free. It's a good shoe for most runners, whether they pronate, supinate, or are neutral. This is the shoe I'll keep coming back for!
These shoes are the absolute best!!! They are so comfortable from the start. As soon as I wore them the first time I got right on the web site and ordered another pair. One pair for work.. one for exercise. Please don't do away with these!!!
These are so great that I'll forgive Brooks for the GTS 18s. I always had a shin splints problem until I tried the Adrenaline GTS line - game changer for my running! The 16/17s were my favorites and the 18s just felt lower to the ground, less stable, and less cushioned. My feet would get some weird pains in the 18s and I looked into getting different shoes. BUT Brooks totally redeemed themselves with these. They are super comfortable and didn't really require any 'breaking in' period. As for size, if you've run in Brooks before, you know to order a whole size larger than your casual wear shoes. I'm an 8 in heels, sandals, etc., but a 9 in these.
I ordered another pair immediately as these feel they were made for my feet. I'll probably stock up on this version for the year. I waver between these and another brand due to changes every year. I try both and see who is best. This is the hands down favorite!
I recently switched to the Adrenaline for my running shoe and got the 2018 version. I liked them so much that I bought extra pairs to wear to work, the 2019 version. I am on my feet on a concrete floor all day, and need good support to minimize foot and back pain. These shoes do the trick! I will say that the first pair I ordered didn't have very good arch support, so I ordered a second pair that felt much better in the arches. It seems like it was a small variation in production, but I'm happy with my second pair.
This is the most amazing update they have ever made. I've been an Adrenaline wearer for years. This is by far the best shoe. I'm tempted to buy another pair before the next model comes out in fear Brooks will try to do too much as they have done in the past.
I am 50 years old. I have not run since in college. I slowly have worked up to 4 miles 3-4 times a week. I was wearing Nike's and my knees and acquilles were swollen and sore after running. Someone mentioned this brand to me I ordered two pair. I love that you can try them out and return if they don't work out. I kept BOTH pairs....totally worth the money!
I this is my first time with this product - I usually go with Glycerin but decided to switch honestly because these are better-looking shoes. I wear firm inserts to correct my stride and the combo with the sneaker feels wonderful. I run 3-6 miles per day and found that only on long runs (8+ miles) did I have issues with my knees. Probably not sneaker related... Would definitely buy again and recommend.
I actually did prefer the slightly narrower GTS 18. But still the GTS 19 is a great running show. I run 25-30 miles per week and sprained my ankle twice. The GTS provide great stability. I have tried Adidas and Nike and keep coming back to Brooks.
Absolutely love how comfortable these shoes are. I wear them for runs, walking my dog, training at the gym - everything. Good arch support, I am terribly flat footed. I will need to purchase an insole in addition but I can feel the difference in the support of this shoe compared to others I've bought in the past. Will definitely buy again.
I love the upgrade! I have three pairs of Adrenaline 18 and decided to try the new 19s. I was not disappointed! I could feel the difference between the two versions. I like the stabilization of the guardrails and the shoe is still comfortable. I am not a runner, but I am a personal trainer. I am on my feet most of the day, demonstrating workouts, and keeping up with my clients. I have very flat feet and plantar fasciitis. This helps support my feet and relieve the symptoms. I work at a high-end country club, and have recommended these specific shoes to many clients and members. Every single person has not only bought a pair, but have loved the support they feel, and most go on to buy multiple pairs! I definitely feel like I should be a brand rep for Brooks. I believe in this product and this company. Thanks for making such a great shoe!
I work in healthcare on 12 hours shifts on hard floors. I developed plantar fasciitis last summer. These were listed on as website as a good shoe for PF. The cushion and stability were noticeable immediately. I shopped a retail store and wear a women's 12, but had to buy a men's 10 due to no availability. Now that I know I can buy them in a 12 through the Brooks website, I may get a 2nd pair in a fun color. I hope they help!
These supportive shoes have helped to relieve foot discomfort caused by plantar fasciitis. I used to but the Brooks Ghosts. I still think they're a great shoe, however, if good support is needed I recommend the Adrenaline. Thanks for another great product
I came across the GTS 19 by mistake actually. There was a small display of brooks for sale at a pop up thing at my work. My feet are wide, and there was no women's wides there so i put on a men's Adrenaline GTS 18 size 8.5 because i wear a 9.5W in women's running sneakers. I went for a run with them around the track quickly and loved them. What i was missing from other sneakers that had failed me was that i needed stability! I traded them in for a women's and the only wide was the GTS 19 but in the color i loved so i was stoked! Got them, wore them to work a few days in a row and loved them, imediately they hugged my feet and supported them. Alot of shoes fail by making the ankle wide too when you order a wide shoe, which is a complete fail because your foot bounces around, and when you're a wide that's only at widest part of the foot! I ran around work slightly with them, loved it! Took them out for 8 miles last week and they felt amazing, zero foot pain, legs felt great, and felt like i could've easily done another 5 miles! Very supportive, comfortable and just everything you're looking for, and for me, most importantly the WIDE is actually WIDE and only where i need it to be! Highly reccomend! P.S. this is my very first pair of Brooks!!
Absolutely love the Adrenaline- repeat customer for years
This shoe has been my go-to for almost a decade now! Absolutely love it. As a landscaper and athlete, I have a very active lifestyle. My high arches and width across the toes also mean I need a unique fit with strong support, flexibility, and durability. Wouldn't be able to perform like I do without em. They're just perfect. More bright solid colors please! Thanks!
Adrenalines have been my primary shoe for 8 years. They are worn every day as I walk 2-3 miles a day in them. I even have a "dress" pair so when I go out I have a pair that are clean. Just call me the crazy Adrenaline lady.
Unfortunately the shoe is too small for my clodhoppers and I will have to return them because they pinch my toes. When I first put them on, they felt so good with a cushy sole and good support. But as I walked around the house I began to notice rubbing and pinching of my big toes. So back they go. Great shoe for people with normal feet!
First pair of Brooks for me. These run big, so instead of 9.5 I went with 9. I wear these for Orangetheory Fitness classes. I mostly powerwalk with a splash of jogging. These shoes provide great support. Very satisfied!
I have been using the GTS line for years. But the GTS19 is completely revamped and has been great for my flat, neuroma-prone feet. I use these for HIIT classes, which involves a lot of jumping, lunges, running and weird moves and these keep up just great. Only thing to note is I usually wear a 7.5 but w these I had to go half a size up to a 8.
I am a nurse working 12+ hours on my feet and was looking for something different than the clogs I had, as they KILLED my feet. These shoes are amazing!! So comfortable, and they keep my feet in place, which a lot of similar shoes I tried did not. My feet feel fresh enough after work too that I still go for runs!
I use it on daily walks. I also take it on vacation which involves a lot of walking or hill climbing. I ordered my second pair in a regular width. My first pair the salesperson gave me a wide which I have never worn in my life...however, it has worked out okay once I adjusted to it. I find the regular width in the foot pad area in the front of the shoe the same width as the wide. I am a bit vain so I don't like my foot to look so large.
I wear these shoes for workouts (good side to side support) and working all day on my feet.(good arch support and foot- bed cushioning) No break-in time. Felt great the first time I put them on. Hope they never change the basic features. My husband just got the men's version and likes them very much. He has terrible foot problems and these feel good on his flat feet.
