Comfort styled to go anywhere. Just look at the Revel 2. It leaves you more breathless than the run itself. And beneath its street style is comfort and performance that enables you to run today without feeling it tomorrow.
I bought these shoes to wear to work because I am on my feet all day and need good support. My feet definitely feel better in these shoes than the previous ones I had been wearing. I recently switched to Brooks for running shoes as well and am overall happy, I just don't have experience with the longevity of the shoes as a result. I will say that I wish the shoes felt "squishier", however I am hoping that since they are more dense they will last longer.
Love this product!!! Better than I could have hoped for.
I recently developed an autoimmune disorder that requires me to wear an AFO on one foot. These shoes fit my brace and are beyond comfortable. They have allowed me to move more and more in physical therapy and get even healthier. I went to so many shoe stores before deciding to buy these online. Don't know what I would do without Brooks!
As a Physical Therapist who uses and recommends the Revel shoe, the 2 does not accommodate a custom orthotic as well as the original Revel. There is a change in depth within the shoe that renders some mild pistoning of the heel when used with orthotics. An orthotic design for proper rear foot control can be challenged in the 2. Other than that, the Revel 2 is very similar to the Revel; neutral shoe, good cushioning, adequate rear foot control. It may be slightly more narrow in the forefoot.
Some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased.
I wear a womens 12 and have had a hard time most of my adult life finding a comfortable and stylish womens running shoe...until now. These are hands down the most comfortable. I have worn K Swiss, New Balance, Asics, Nike and even tried Hoka, but I have finally found my new favorite shoes and will be ordering a second pair soon. Thank you Brooks.
I walk a lot for my commute, so these shoes have been super supportive. I also exercise in them. I usually wear an 11, but when I tried one on in a store they were pretty small. So, the 11.5 was perfect. Normally people don't have half sizes after 9, so this was a welcome change.
I am not a runner. I always buy Brooks for walking or just to keep my feet and legs comfortable. I am a supinator, so I need a truly neutral shoe, and Brooks always work for me. Also, love the color and the knit.
I have flat feet and I walk almost every day of the week. I suffer a lot with painful feet, but these shoes, from the moment I put them on, were like magic. It was like slipping on a pair of slippers; somehow, they actually seemed to conform to my feet and fit perfectly. I feel like the quality is top of the line, and I'm not worried about wearing them out quickly. I would definitely buy these shoes again and recommend them to friends and family. I'll be coming back to these in the future!
I had an open bleeding blister on the bottom of my 2nd toe from a pair of new cheap shoes that was worn the weekend before. My foot was tender. I wore these shoes as a hospital floor nurse with constant walking throughout the day. I was very impressed with the comfort level and cushion provided by these shoes. And now 3 weeks used I continue to think positive of these shoes.
First time with Brooks and would definitely buy again
Bought for running but find myself wearing them all the time. Walk all over the hospital for work, elliptical, 5k this weekend and errands. Feet and legs feel good when I take them off too. Had to adjust to all the shoe sincd I'm used to minimalist, but these are worth it.
This shoe is very comfortable. I have a lot of issues with rubbing on my right heel. No issues with this shoe right out of the box. I'll definitely be ordering a spare pair or two.
I have the Ravenna 8's in the same size (6) and these fit wider in the front section. I don't have particularly narrow feet and don't usually have this issue with shoes being too wide in the front so it's a little odd. They're just a little too roomy in the front. But otherwise very comfortable and stylish so I'm keeping them. It's especially weird since I tried the original Revel shoes in a size 6 and they were too tight. I wish Brooks would keep it's sizing consistent. But at least they make returns easy!
My job requires me to be on my feet 10 hrs a day 6 days a week and every shoe I've ever tried would start off good than within a few weeks the width would loose all support. I would have to sleep with a heating pad on my feet because they would cramp so badly. Not with my Brooks! All day support and they stay comfortable without loosing their shape.
Can't believe how great this show is for the price!
Ofcourse I had to buy my daughter a pair of Brooks when she decided to take up running with me after she watched me run the NYC marathon. She has always been a Nike girl as she was a basketball player until she graduated high school. So she was used to running. Ordered her a pair of Ghosts 11 after examining her foot and older shoes. It was too little, we returned to Dicks and she found the Revel on sale. Although I tried talking her out of them that's what she went with. She is amazed at the difference in her running and comfort after running a week in these! No pain, she increased her time and distance dramatically. She can't say enough great things about this shoe. I may just buy me a pair now to switch up for my training!
I'm an RN that works 12 HR shift usually 3-6.days straight. Normally my feet hurt really bad by the end of my stretch of work but with these shoes I have less fatigue and pain.
I am a physical therapy student and on my feet constantly. These shoes are so comfortable and very cute! I have received lots of compliments. I highly recommend.
I am an occupational therapist working on my feet constantly in both home care and skilled nursing settings. I used to wear a different brand of sneakers and was going home with skin break down issues on my feet. Since changing my footwear to Brooks, none of these issues has happened. All my previous blisters have healed. Very satisfied and recommend this brand to all my friends/coworkers/clients based on my true experience with wearing the shoes.
I purchased these after trying them on even though I usually stay away from the neutral running shoes (I overpronate & need the stability ones) because they felt so amazing! I have had zero issues that usually arise when I wear anything other than the stability type running shoes. The cushion is amazing ... I can wear them at work 12+ hours a day & my feet feel amazing! They don't bother me if I walk/run in them either. I will be purchasing another color soon!
I actually bought these shoes for work. I'm on my feet a lot but wanted something simple to look nice with dress pants and these have been great! Very comfortable and no "break in" time needed. Haven't tried running in them though.
I've been walking in them and they are great and comfortable on my feet. I did try to run once in them and they fit a little loose but I love them for walking
Good shoe, but would rather have my old Adrenaline ASR.
Brooks has been my favorite shoe for 10 years, but I am very upset that they discontinued the Adrenaline ASR. It was the only stability trail shoe they made. Now they only sell neutral trail shoes. I don't understand their logic?
Amazing sneakers... so soft, lots of cushion. Feels like puffs of clouds on my feet. Bought all three colors! Love them. Usually wear ghosts... now these are my fav.
I walk a couple of miles/day. I love these running shoes and also the Ghost. They are the most comfortable brand for me. My only issue is that the fabric just under my ankle bone(heel cuff) wears very quickly. I have had the Revel for about 2 months and it is already starting to wear. I've not had this problem with any other shoe brands. This is my 5th pair of Brooks running shoes. I will likely continue to buy Brooks but I wish they would fix this problem.
I look forward to putting them on. I am on my feet at work all day, I feel relief when I change out of my work shoes into these. Perfect for running, light weight, soft, yet sturdy and great arch support. I'm very pleased.
I will only buy Brooks for running shoes from now on!
I have wider feet up by my toes and it has been difficult to find shoes that allow me to run as often as I want to without being in too much pain after a few days of running! I haven't had any issues with these shoes yet, my feet feel great and I don't have to worry about strategizing when I can run so my feet aren't hurting! Thank you:)
