My feet are freezing.

Since they do not come in half sizes, I expected to size up. I ordered them online. When I received them, they were too narrow and the right boot was smaller than the left. Decided to get the next size bigger and fit much better. Really disappointed in how they do not keep my feet warm. Sitting in my office right now with frozen feet. I thought they looked cute and would keep my feet warm but they don't!!!!
