It’s a recipe for disaster that will result in a costly return. The customer service is absolutely appalling. I only discovered the reviews after making the purchase. I immediately called to cancel the order, but they informed me that it was impossible because the product had already been prepared for shipping. Ironically, it was just shipped the next day, so the order could have been canceled. This jacket is not cut for a woman; as I re-look at pic, I can see that now. The only waist it has is a shoestring draw cord, that is unattractive and has to be tied each time. The storm flap and sleeve adjustment both use heavy snaps that are ugly and difficult to snap. The pockets are cheaply constructed and have snap fastenings, which are inconvenient, but worst of all can't be used for hand warming. There are no secure zip pockets. I like a zipper that offers the option to zip up high (this one does, but there is too much stiff fabric at neck area. Finally, the hood does fold back out of the way, and I wouldn't plan on using it every time.Color was nice. However, this jacket is a medium and the hip area fit nicely over pants and a long blouse (2 fabrics) with some room to spare but not much. I bought it at Kohl's and it was the only one of it's kind so I took a gamble when I took it into the fitting room. I have been looking for a long jacket that covered my bottom and that gave me some waistline, had a hood, was lightweight and didn't have sleeves down to my knees!! My only complaint is that the pockets are snapped instead of zippered but I can live with it. The color is a little lighter than a walnut shell color so it goes with everything. And I got it on sale.
