Might need a layer underneath when it gets down in the teens or single digits, but kept me comfortable in the upper 20s. I used to fall between size 10 and 8 but have lost a little weight so got the 8, which worked great. After wearing them for several hours I realized I could even wear a 6, but I like my pants to be on the loose side so 8 is perfect. ","text":"Excavator and farmer here in Northern Minnesota. Outside constantly, we know cold! Bought normal size 12, fit great, warm, not bulky, material so soft, but holding up fine to trench. (Only had for a couple months, so wear test is not fully in yet). Bought a pair for my daughter, she loves them, and looks great in them. I bought a second pair, sized up for long John’s as we roll into highs of 15. I have many different cuts, my favorite for fit and utility are the Britt cut. So thankful to the Dovetail brand- useful, durable, and feminine cut, no more having to buy men’s clothes for my line of work!
