I do have to size down in them. I am normally between a 8.5-9ish and I purchased a 8 and 9. 9 was to big. Aside from that the only real con is when wearing them to work I get static shocked. I am not sure if it is just the ground and these shoes but for some reason EVERYTIME I wear them I get shocked.
