I tried them on for my 20-mile training run just to see how I'd like the pockets and where I'd chafe etc. The grips stay on exceptionally well, and all the pockets are SO useful. I chafed a tiny bit the first time around, but some body glide in the problem areas prevented that during the race! I put my phone (iphone 15 pro) in a ziplock as I'm a sweaty gal, and put in the side pocket for my entire race, and it was always secure, never bouncy.
