Are you ready to stay warm all season long with a sherpa winter jacket you can rely on? Then you've arrived at the right place with the Women's Kuhl Dani Sherpa Jacket. With an Italian faux leather micro suede design, this jacket features a vintage look, while the added stretch is due to the wool-blend fleece side panels. As the lined mesh pockets offer less bulk and more breathability, you'll be ready for anything the cold-weather season brings your way. Even on those light snow days of the winter, you can remove the hood for a second look, while the comfortable shearling fleece-lined collar keeps you warm.
Removable hood for 2 signature looks
Comfortable shearling fleece-lined collar
Vintage Italian faux leather micro suede design
Added stretch with wool-blend fleece side panel
Zippered handwarmer pockets for added warmth
Lined mesh pockets for less bulk and more breathability
I have the Dani Sherpa Jacket in Oak and the Dani Sherpa Trench in Raven. Love them both and get many compliments when I wear them. I am 60 years old, 5'8" and about 190. The XL fits me perfectly and I feel like it's flattering. The stretch side panels offer style and comfort. I LOVE the sherpa trim detailing and the fact that the hood is removable! The only cons in my book would be: wish the side zippered slash pockets were a little wider...it's a bit hard to get your hand in and out. Also, the shearling fleece lining left "fuzz balls" on my dark shirt:( Hoping that improves with wear. Overall, great jacket! Will be a super 3 season cover for Colorado weather!
Bought the Dani in a size Small. Was slightly worried it would be too small to wear a thick turtleneck underneath. And, it did fit great and with the thicker turtleneck underneath, the jacket kept me very warm. It is a very flattering cut and the thinner than a parka look makes me look thin! Recommend highly.
Okay, so I love the Kuhl jacket I purchased so much, I bought in all 3 colors. The fit is great. Fitted slightly through the waist, long arms. Highly recommend. I have 2 other friends that have bought two of them based on mine.
Tried this coat on while visiting my daughter in Boone, NC at the Mast General Store. Fell in love with it but tried to control my budget. ;) One week later, I couldn’t help myself! Loved the look, feel, fit, and quality SO much I ordered it online from the Kuhl website. I can’t wait for cooler weather to wear it more! It’s the perfect weight, fit, comfort level, everything! I wore it and received compliments all day!
This jacket is by far my favorite out of all my jackets. Not only is it very comfortable, but it dresses up or down great. The fit couldn't be any more perfect, and the material is flattering. I love the design, the stitching and the color. I would buy this jacket again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend it!
This jacket is stylin' :) , I was first attracted by the look, but the fit is perfect too. I am 5'8 , 135 and the Small size fits perfectly. The length is flattering and the arms are long enough, with some small size jackets the arms are too short for me [my arm length is 23' from top of shoulder to wrist]. The cut is flattering and can be dressed up (leggings and boots) or down (jeans and wellies). I've had this jacket a few days, can't take it off. It's snuggy and warm, but not waterproof of course. The lack of bulk though means that you can easily throw a thin waterproof layer over the top, which is better anyway, as will dry quicker than a bulky waterproof jacket. The construction of the jacket is very well done. I design and make my own clothes in my free time and I love the top-stitching on this jacket. It's strong and neat, with great attention to detail on the finishing. The panels are cut in all the right places (won't rub you under the arms or on your boobs), and the pocket placements are perfect. The inside lining being light colored seems ok with my black clothing - so far (some jacket linings shed and I look like a sheep when I take my jacket off baaaaa). I'll be interested to see how the jacket wears over time, and how it stands up getting wet (accidentally) - will post again when I know :) In the meantime, I am enjoying this beautiful jacket and I think you will too.
This coat is rugged yet feminine. I love the flattering fit and functionality. (I am 5'5" 140 lbs with an athletic build and I got a medium.) I also bought the Kozet full zip and the Flight Jacket (both in medium) - yes, I splurged and I don't regret it in the least! It's hard to say which is my favorite because they're all such great quality, fit beautifully and serve different purposes (light, mid and heavy weight). These jackets look hot with jeans and Frye boots. Oh yeah! Kuhl, thanks for the thoughtful attention to detail in your products. I especially appreciate that your logo is understated so I don't feel like a walking advertisement. Will be returning for more!
This jacket fits so great and is a very flattering fit which is hard to get with heavy winter jackets. It is warm yet lightweight and extremely comfortable. It is a great look, very different looking. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this jacket. I bought it in a retail store and paid considerably more than the price listed here. I bought a large and normally wear a size 10 in most things. It fits well but I wouldn't want it any smaller. It has a fitted look to it.
I just bought this coat at a local store and it is absolutely wonderful! Fits true to size. The XS fit like I wanted, but I purchased the small so that I could easily layer underneath. Plus the sleeve length of the small was better for my long arms. It's warm but lightweight, so you don't feel bogged down with a bunch of extra (or heavy) material. You can definitely move freely in this jacket. I love that it is a little longer, because I'm tall and a lot of jackets like this look too short on me. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this jacket, and I can't wait to wear it this winter.
