No need to hem
I purchased a pair of these last year for hiking, travel & mountain recreation. They were so comfortable that I ordered 3 more in different colors to wear as work and everyday pants. Everything pants. I am 5’3” and the 30” inseam means the length is just right. Hiking friends and co-workers ask the brand and admire the fit.

Great quality pant!
I love the quality of these pants. They are a little bigger, so I would get a size smaller than usual. Otherwise they are great, nice thick material!

Durable pants for work around the yard, camping
I was looking for a work/adventure pant that was rugged, yet flattering. The pants are great looking, but fit much smaller than expected. I'm a pretty consistent 8 in other brands and this 8 it super tight in the waist and butt. The snap is very secure, but they are uncomfortable. I'd love to see some stretch as well. I thought they would work, but after wearing them once, they are uncomfortable and I don't look forward to wearing them. Bummer.

Fit larger than expected
I normally wear a size 4, the fit says true to size but the pants are way too big for me to wear. I will have to get a size 2. I have another pair of Kuhl's pants (size 4) and they fit perfect!

Good quality
So far they have held up well but the drawstring made the sides of my hips chaff so I took it out and am using a belt. I purchased a size 6, am 5’7’’ and about 150lbs with a very athletic build and I use these pants for my job as a forester. The length of them is good but they do fit a little snug on my thighs and are about an inch too big on my waist which is a bummer, but that may just be me rather than the average dimension of the pants... They are better quality than Carhartts however, I do wish that these pants would be a tad bit more aggressive with the hip to thigh ratio in making the hip smaller and the thighs wider. Overall they’re a really nice pant to work in.

They’re perfect!
I have tried so many company’s for work pants, I’m a gardener and usually work through pants quickly. These fit perfectly, look good, and feel very durable. Ordering a couple more pairs tonight!

Ryder pants
As a petite, thin, athletic woman, these are the first pair of pants that I've ever found that fit me like a glove; the waist, the legs, the length. Can't believe it. Thank you Kuhl. You have just earned yourself a loyal customer.

Great fit.
The fit is great and comfortable. Utility pocket on right leg actually works great for my cell phone, which is a pretty snug fit in the cell phone pocket due to it's case. Just waiting for field season to start to see if they hold up on the job as well as anticipated.

Fabric is wonderful. Thick durable and yet soft. Amazing in the cold wind this week. Fit is good once they are on. The zipper is small (I like the lower rise) but doesn’t open very far and I really have to squeeze into them. Perfect once I’m in.

Snap doesn't hold.
My first purchase with Kuhl. The top snap doesn't hold. A friend with the same snap in the men's version told me he had the same issue. For the cost of these pants, I would expect a fastening system that would hold up as well as the sturdy material.
