Nike Free TR Flyknit 3 Women's Training Shoe GO LIGHT, GO FAR, GO FLYKNIT. Breathable Flyknit construction and dynamic Flywire cables make Nike Free TR Flyknit 3 Women's Training Shoe the ideal workout companion. It features flex grooves to allow your foot to move naturally, while its flat heel delivers optimal stability.
Flyknit constructed upper offers breathability, stretch and support. Flywire cables function as eyestays for midfoot lockdown. Rounded tooling allows the foot to expand and move naturally. Wide lacing system allows for optimal midfoot support. External, foam heel counter provides additional support and stability. Injected unit (IU) midsole provides lightweight comfort and cushioning. Updated heel is flatter to create a wider surface area and greater stability during exercises such as squats.
I love these shoes! They are great for lifting at the gym. My toes have all the space they need, yet my heel feels snug and supported. They do initially feel a little snug on the top of your foot, but as long as you don't tie them too tight, they break in. I just bought my third pair. Perfection!
The shoes fit a little too snug around the top of my foot but they may give some with time. For now they're too tight until I've worn them for about an hour and feel used to how tight the material is. I like snug but not when it cuts off circulation. I love the way the tongue is built in but my right shoe's tongue is stuck at an angle to the right and won't line up with my ankle like the left one does. I tried wearing these out on account of how sick they are but there are three grips at the center of the heel which don't allow for comfort. By the end of the day I was miserable. I may send them back and try for a half size up hoping it'll make just enough of a difference that they'll be more comfortable. If they were built a little looser around the top of the foot and hand one less grip on the bottom I'd give these 5 stars.
I'm a huge fan on nike flyknit and I aboslutely adore them, unfortunately, these are a really bad design. The knit itself is not durable, and after I rinsed (like nike recommends on their website) they became hard as a rock and I cannot use them anymore. They also run big which was pretty disappointing...
