Extremely tight fit
Bought an 8.5 for my daughter who normally wears that size, but she could not fit into it. Going to try a 9.5.

ALL AROUND AMAZING!
I have been wearing these track spikes for the past 4 years now and they have been great! I primary run sprints and did compete in hurdles and long jump a couple years ago and they worked great for everything! They have stayed in perfect condition through the years except for the typical wear on running shoes. Also, i would like to add that I am typically a size 8 in women's shoes but since track spikes are significantly narrower and your feet will swell a bit during running I would go a half size up!

This shoe runs a whole size smaller
I bought these for my daughter and she normally wears a size 9.5 nikes When I looked at them I could tell these wouldnt fit her feet and I bought a size 10. She tried them on at home and she would still need a half size larger. And she would really be most comfortable in a 10.5These are the first bikes Ive come across that run this small Hope this is helpful
