For the premium prices they charge, you'd expect products to last, but that's no longer the case.\n\nTo make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely horrible. Trying to get a warranty claim or even a simple response is a nightmare. Long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a refusal to stand behind their products make the entire process frustrating. Instead of resolving issues, they seem more interested in making excuses.\n\nFor a brand that once had a great reputation, it's shocking how far they've fallen. If you're considering buying from The North Face, save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
