Would replace them when they got too cruddy looking. Last Christmas I was given a pair as a gift which was great. I thought. By late spring I felt like I was walking on a lump in one shoe and when I looked inside saw that the insole had buckled and was definitely causing a lump. The left was starting to go the same way. I just received a replacement pair and while they are the same slipper and same size they feel nothing like those I've worn before. Very tight in the toes ( which might loosen up) and the right one feels like it's falling off my heel. I've never had an issue before this year and probably can't get another replacement so I'll keep these. But I will be looking for a different brand of slipper because I'm sure not spending good money on these again.
