Since being a loyal UGG customer since 1992 I have always purchased a size 6 and without fail they've always fit. Of course various styles will fit differently but this was ridiculous. At first I thought it was a defect of some sort but quickly realized this was a common complaint with this style. Total bummer. They were my absolute favorite, but did get dirty. I brought them and a pair of grey tall Ugg boots to a cleaner and they ruined both pairs!! My pink boots shrunk and the outside fabric was scratched. I was heart broken!! The grey pair are wearable but they patched a hole with a patch that doesn't match the color. The cleaner refunded me for the boots, but the same pink has never been available.
