The new sizing is very disappointing. I ordered a youth XL, which states it should be the equivalent to a size 16 youth. When I received it, looks more like a youth medium. I measured an old size youth xl to compare. There was over 4 inches difference in sleeve length. The material seemed lighter too. Not to mention that the men's selection isn't nearly as nice as the youth. Will be having to return these christmas gifts.
My son normally wears a large under armour sweatshirt. I ordered an XL for my nephew. This is not even close to the old sizing! This sweatshirt is tight on my son who normally wears a large. I would say it's closer to a child's medium in the old sizing. I'm very disappointed.
Bought this hoodie in 2 different colors in size Youth Large. But it is way shorter and narrower than any other UA hoodie my son has in the same size. So disappointed to have purchased this with a good discount only to lose it upon returning the item. I see I'm not the only consumer having this same issue with UA. Get your sizing right UA.! Ugh!!
My son has worn boys xl for a while now, with room to grow. He's 8 and pretty average (a little on the taller side) for size. UA changed their sizing and now the xl is way too small. Our only option now is Men's small. For an 8-yr-old?!?! Not to mention the mens' styles are mostly dark, plain, and boring. (Why is that when middle schoolers and high schoolers may still want something other than plain maroon or olive green?) He loved these hoodies and was bummed they were too small. I guess UA lost these loyal customers. They've left us with no options.
