HOW TO MEASURE:

CHEST: Stand naturally with your arms relaxed at your side. Measure the fullest part of your chest/bust under your arms. Be sure the measuring tape is level and straight across your back.

WAIST: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part of your torso. Make sure to relax and try not to hold your breath.

HIPS: Standing with your heels together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Hold the tape measure straight and level.

**INSEAM: **Standing straight, measure the distance from the crotch to just below the ankle bone.
