Using a ruler on a flat surface, measure the width of your palm just below the knuckles, excluding your thumb.

Select the size in the chart below that corresponds with your measurement.
*REMEMBER: Goalkeeping gloves should fit slightly large, allowing for 1/4" - 1/2" extension past your finger tips.
